- Free shipping is available for orders over £250 - However, if a discount code is used at checkout, free shipping may not apply due to the reduction applied to your order.
- Orders with a total value of £250 or above will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery (or an equivalent insured service). This is to ensure the parcel is fully insured and tracked throughout transit.
4. International Shipping:

- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
- If a customer refuses to accept their parcel upon delivery due to customs duties, import taxes, or any related charges, the shipment will be returned to us by the destination country’s customs authority or courier.
